We’ve increased rates across our range

Today, Friday 24th July, we have made changes across our range, covering both Prime and Near Prime.

For Prime, Purchase, Remortgage, Retention, and Further Advance products, all rates have increased by 0.25%.

For Near Prime, Purchase and Remortgage products, all rates have increased by 0.10%, with the exception of the 2-year 95% LTV product. Additionally, new product codes have been introduced for all products.
