Updated rates across our residential range

Today, Wednesday 29th July, we have made changes across our range, covering both Prime and Near Prime.

For Prime (Purchase, Remortgage, Further Advance and Retention), all rates have increased by 0.25%.

For Near Prime (Purchase and Remortgage), the 2-year 95% LTV fee-paying products and the 5-year 95% LTV fee-free products have both increased by 0.10%.
