We’ve extended our procuration fee increase
We have some exciting news. We’ve extended our special procuration fee offer until 31 March 2027.
Earn more on commercial lending
We’re keeping our procuration fee at 1.75% for all new commercial lending applications. This applies to applications submitted between 8 June 2026 and 31 March 2027.
For applications submitted after 31 March 2027, fees will revert to 1.50%.
Please note: The overall 2.00% arrangement fee paid by the borrower will not change. We’re continuing to reduce Atom bank’s retained portion from 0.50% to 0.25%.
What do I need to do?
To keep getting the higher procuration fee, you’ll need to review and sign a side letter. We’ll send this to you in the coming days.
This letter formally amends your broker agreement to extend the 1.75% procuration fee until 31 March 2027. This applies to new to bank lending (excluding end of term and PBTL cases).
Are you the principal of the firm?
You’ll need to sign the side letter by 18th October 2026 to qualify for this offer. We’ll send this to you via Adobe Sign over the next week. Please keep an eye on your inbox. Once you’re happy with it, sign and return it to us as soon as you can.
Not the principal of the firm?
Please get in touch with our TBDM team to let us know who your authorised signatory is. You can email businesssupport@atombank.co.uk or call 0333 399 0060 (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri).
How will this affect your applications?
New applications
Applications will continue to show the new 1.75% procuration fee. You’ll see this on all documentation, including price lists and offer letters.
At the offer stage, we’ll check that the latest side letter has been signed before moving forward. If the letter is outstanding, we’ll get in touch so your customer’s application isn’t delayed.
Pipeline applications
Applications already in our pipeline won’t be affected by this change. They’ll stay on their existing procuration fees.
What if you don’t sign the side letter?
If you don’t return the signed side letter, we’ll put new or resubmitted applications on hold before making an offer. Once we receive it, we’ll progress your case as normal.
