- This prize draw is open only to a direct recipient of the “Spare a few minutes for a chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher’’ email, the “Share your expertise for a chance to win a £100 voucher!” email, or the “Last chance to win £100 voucher with our survey” email from Atom (together, the “Email”) who has completed the survey linked in the Email. The draw is restricted to the Email’s recipients only and only one entry per recipient is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be removed from the prize draw.
- All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 and over.
- Employees of Atom and their immediate family are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

- The opening date for entries is Friday 13th February 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on Sunday 22nd February 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- Atom accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The draw and prize
- A winner will be chosen by random draw on Monday 23rd February 2026 (“Draw Date”). There will be only one winner.
- The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
- The winner will be notified by email following the Draw Date via the email address provided at the time of entry into the draw, which must be a recipient of the Email as per Condition 1.
- The prize will be sent to the winner’s email address within thirty days of the draw’s Closing Date.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Atom reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent or alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Atom’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Atom regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

- Atom must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Atom will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails customersupport@atombank.co.uk within one month after the Closing Date. By entering into the draw, the entrant agrees to Atom publishing their name across social channels if they win the prize. If you object to any or all of your name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Atom at customersupport@atombank.co.uk. In such circumstances, Atom must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Atom reserves the right to refuse entry into the prize draw or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Atom reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Atom, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Atom, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Atom’s Privacy Policy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
