- Pricing & Performance: You will support the implementation of price changes and analyse the performance of these changes to optimise our approach and assess the value generated.
- Strategic Collaboration: You will collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Credit Strategy teams to develop and execute trading plans aligned with our business strategy and P&L goals.
- Process Improvement: You will support and develop what is already in place by identifying ways to improve our pricing and trade processes.

- You must have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with key teams like FP&A, Credit Strategy, Risk, and Operations.
- Knowledge or experience in lending product management or pricing lending products in retail or commercial banking would be advantageous but not essential.
- Up-to-date knowledge of external market trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA Handbook, MCOB) is also a plus.

- 4-day work week
- Incredibly generous company pension scheme (maximum of 13% of Atom input – candidate can put in more)
