We only send two types of messages to customers
These tell you more about our products and give you the inside track on company news. We will only send you marketing messages when you have given us your consent and you can unsubscribe from these any time you like using the link in the email.
These are more important. In fact, they contain information that’s essential for you to know about the specific products you’ve taken out or your relationship with us. That’s why you can’t unsubscribe from these via the touch of a button.
You’re not an Atom customer, so why are you receiving service messages from us? Good question – let’s explain.
We send service messages to anybody who has registered their details in our app, regardless of whether they have an open account, or have previously opened an account which is now closed.
This is because you may still be using our app and checking your historic balances and activity.
If you still don’t want receive service messages
We can raise a Right to Erasure request with our Data Protection Officer. This would remove you from our marketing and service mailing lists. We’d contact you to confirm this within 30 days of receiving your request.
