Purple vs White
The Atom marque is provided in ‘Purple’ and ‘White’ variants. Please ensure that the logo is used on a solid colour background and the version you use provides enough contrast against the background for readability.
Graphic & Image
Contrast is key! Always ensure when using the logo marque on an image, that there is sufficient contrast.
Incorrect Usage
To avoid the logo marque becoming illegible at smaller sizes, we recommend the logo marque is displayed no smaller than 134px wide x 34px high to preserve the quality of the logo.
The logo marque must not be edited in any way to maintain consistency of our brand identity. We have demonstrated a selection of incorrect uses including:
Clear space not adhered to
Never squash the logo marque
Never recolour the logo marque
Never show the word marque alone
Don’t adjust the opacity
Never stack elements of the marque
Keep the minimum size for legibility
Never resize elements of the marque
Don’t distort the marque

Atom bank is the owner or licensee of all copyright and other rights in these images.
In layman’s terms, this means you can use them, providing you do so as specified below. Otherwise we may start to get a bit litigious.
By downloading and using these images, you agree that:
- Where possible, you’ll attribute ownership of the images to Atom bank. We don’t really mind how you do this, as long as you don’t suggest we endorse you, or your use of them
- You won’t use the images for any commercial purposes without our permission
- You won’t mess about with any of the images (seriously, we spent a lot of time on these!). Feel free to crop or resize the images, but please don’t change them in a way that would constitute a derivative work. For example, altering the color scheme would make us sad, and we’d have to send you some fairly stern emails about breach of copyright.

Atom bank hereby grants to you a royalty free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right to use the images above. By using these images, you agree:
- Not to use these images for any commercial purposes without our permission;
- Not to use these images in any manner which may have the effect of creating or give the appearance of creating any endorsement, approval, sponsorship, affiliation or recommendation of any product or service by Atom bank;
- Not to use the logos in any way or in association with any content which Atom in its sole discretion may consider to be violent, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidence or privacy, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, pornographic, obscene, indecent, profane or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
- Not to use or display the images in any way that infringes any intellectual property or other rights of Atom bank, violates any applicable law, or otherwise damages Atom’s goodwill in the images; and
- You will at all times use the logo in compliance with Atom bank’s brand guidelines and you will attribute ownership of the images to Atom bank plc.
